Mosque Project
Under this project WIT sponsors construction of mosques with the purpose of promoting the concept of mosque as a community center for promoting positive values based on knowledge of Islam and creating congenial and non-sectarian environment.
Those who share WIT's vision of a mosque may approach WIT with their plans to explore avenues of mutual cooperation. At present a mosque complex at Teemar Gara is functioning under this project. The complex presently includes a mosque, a madrassa, a hostel and a commercial area.
A large mosque and a section for women is under construction.
